Electrical Heating

Electric heating is the optimal solution for any operator seeking to consciously avoid the use of fossil fuels. It is particularly useful when viscous fluids need to be heated (200°C – 250°C) and is ideal for fluids that require a narrow temperature range (e.g., polymers, fats, bitumen). It is ideally suited for retrofitting and modernizing existing systems.

Benefits:

  • high control accuracy thanks to precise temperature regulation
  • low maintenance requirements
  • high energy efficiency
  • high operational reliability
  • no dependence on boiler systems, pumps, or piping networks
  • quick installation and easy retrofitting
  • low investment costs
